Cookie Policy

Last updated October 14, 2026

RemoteBoard uses only the cookies the site needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics cookies. Because every cookie we set is strictly necessary, the law does not require a consent banner, and you will not see one.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Some cookies are needed for a site to work, for example to keep you signed in. Others track visitors for advertising or analytics. We use only the first kind.

Cookies we set

Cookie Purpose Duration Type
remoteboard-session Keeps your session, so you stay signed in and your filters work while you browse Expires 2 hours after your last activity Strictly necessary
XSRF-TOKEN Protects forms against cross-site request forgery Same as the session Strictly necessary
remember_web_* Keeps you signed in on this device, set only if you tick "Remember me" Up to 400 days, or until you sign out Strictly necessary, set at your request

These cookies are first-party: they are set by remoteboard.com and are not shared with anyone else.

Analytics without cookies

We count page views and measure which pages are useful with analytics that do not set cookies, do not use device fingerprinting and do not follow you across other sites. The figures we see are aggregated.

No advertising cookies

We do not run advertising on RemoteBoard and do not place advertising or social media tracking cookies.

Third-party sites

When you click "Apply on company site", you go to the company's own site or applicant tracking system. That site may set its own cookies under its own policy.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the cookies above, you will not be able to sign in, and some forms will not work, but you can still browse and search jobs.

Changes

If we ever change the cookies we use, we update this page and the date at the top. If we ever wanted to use cookies that are not strictly necessary, we would ask for your consent first.
