Hire remote people on a flat monthly plan

Last updated October 14, 2026

One plan instead of paying per post

Most remote job boards charge per post. A post runs for 30 days, and when the role is still open, you pay again. Costs grow with every role you open and every role that takes longer than a month to fill.

RemoteBoard works differently. You pay one flat subscription, and the plan sets how many jobs can be active at the same time. Open a role, fill it, open the next one, without a new payment each time.

What a year of hiring costs

Take a team that hires 12 remote roles in a year, with no more than 10 open at once.

On typical remote boards, a 30-day post costs around 300 USD (prices vary by board, so treat this as approximate). Twelve posts that each fill within 30 days cost about 12 x 300 = 3,600 USD. Every role that needs a second month adds another post, so the real figure is often higher.

On RemoteBoard Growth with yearly billing, the same team pays 149 USD per month, which is 1,788 USD for the year. That covers up to 10 active jobs at any time, for as long as each role stays open, plus 3 featured slots every month.

Paying per post RemoteBoard Growth, yearly
12 roles, each filled within 30 days about 3,600 USD 1,788 USD
A role that stays open 60 days another post, about 300 USD no extra cost
Featured placement usually extra 3 slots per month included
ATS sync rarely included included

In this example the flat plan costs about 1,812 USD less in the year, before counting reposts.

Your ATS keeps the board up to date

Paste the address of your Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby job board. We detect the system, import your remote roles and keep them in sync every hour.

  • New remote roles appear on RemoteBoard without anyone copying text.
  • Roles you close in your ATS are removed at the next sync.
  • Edits to titles, salaries and descriptions follow automatically.
  • Candidates apply through your ATS, so applications land where your team already works.

Synced roles count toward your plan's active job limit. Prefer to write a post by hand? Use the editor, and it lives next to your synced roles.

Featured jobs for the roles that matter

On Growth and Scale, a featured slot pins a job at the top of every matching page for 30 days. The card is highlighted, and the job appears in the top block of alert emails sent to candidates whose saved searches match it. Use featured slots for urgent or hard-to-fill roles. Slots are counted per billing month.

A company page that explains how you work

Every plan includes a company page listing your open remote roles, the regions you hire from and the timezone spread of your roles. On Growth you add your logo and a description. On Scale you get a premium page with a cover image, team photos, benefits, a video and custom sections, without suggestions of other companies.

Stats you can act on

See views and apply clicks for every job, with the countries clicks come from. Compare roles, spot a post that gets views but no clicks, and fix it. On Scale, export the data as CSV for your own reporting.

Team seats and roles

Invite colleagues to share the work. Starter includes 1 seat, Growth 3 and Scale 10. Each person has a role in the team, so recruiters can manage jobs while billing stays with the people responsible for it.

Invoices for your finance team

Every payment comes with an invoice that carries your company name and tax identification details. Invoices are available in your billing settings at any time.

Security and payments

  • 3D Secure on every card payment. Your bank authenticates the payment, which protects your company card from misuse.
  • Data stored in the EU. The Service and its database are hosted in the European Union.
  • Role-based team access. Each team member sees and changes only what their role allows.
  • Self-serve billing. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel in your billing settings. Upgrades charge the prorated difference immediately, downgrades apply from the next period.

What candidates see

Candidates see your job as a clear card: title, company, eligible regions, timezone range, salary when you publish one, stack and skills, and when it was posted. They can filter by all of these, save your job and receive it in their alerts. The apply button takes them straight to your application process.

Jobs that publish a salary range appear in salary-filtered searches, and jobs that state eligible regions and hours reach the candidates who can actually take them. Our guide on how to write a remote job post shows what to include.
