Content Designer II

In this role, you’ll work as an embedded partner on a product team, collaborating closely with Product Design, Research, Product Management, Engineering, Brand, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Experience. You’ll help design and improve product experiences from discovery through launch, experimentation, and optimization, with a focus on both thoughtful content strategy and precise UX writing.

You’ll bring strong writing skills, customer empathy, and product thinking to important product work. You’ll ask thoughtful questions, explain your rationale clearly, and advocate for simple, transparent experiences that help customers make informed decisions.
