Social Media Specialist

As the Social Media Specialist at Andela, you will manage our social media presence across paid and organic channels, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn and other B2B platforms. You will develop and implement strategies that grow Andela’s brand, drive audience engagement, and generate demand. This role sits at the intersection of content, growth, and brand , requiring both a creative eye and a data-driven mindset. You will report to the Director of Growth Marketing and collaborate closely with team members across the marketing organization.
