Lead Product Management

Carrot is seeking a Lead, Product Management to help shape and scale one of our core product areas as Carrot's platform continues to grow. In this role, you'll operate as a strategic driver within the Product organization , owning a significant portion of the product roadmap, setting direction for cross-functional initiatives, and raising the bar for product craft across the team.

This is a highly visible, high-impact role for someone who has already demonstrated strong product judgment and is ready to take on greater scope: shaping strategy, mentoring other product managers, and partnering directly with senior leadership on the initiatives that matter most to our members and business.
