Senior Director, AMER Field Marketing

• Own the AMER Field Marketing strategy and execution, including North America, LATAM, and Public Sector, to drive pipeline growth across the region.
• Lead and develop a team of AMER Field Marketers focusing on field strategy & tactics across North America, LATAM, and Public Sector, while being hands-on and coaching the team
• Build out a field center of excellence to enable Chainguard's business to scale across the region.
• Partner with the sales team on strategy, targeting, and an account approach for field initiatives, including LATAM and Public Sector-specific go-to-market motions.
