Own day-to-day operations, maintenance, and performance of all facility systems including electrical distribution (UPS, PDUs, switchgear, generators), HVAC, cooling/chiller plants, and building management systems (BMS)
Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs; track and resolve facility work orders through completion
Monitor facility health via DCIM and BMS platforms; identify anomalies and respond rapidly to minimize downtime
Partner with construction and capital projects teams on facility expansions, retrofits, and equipment upgrades , including scope development, vendor coordination, and commissioning
