Director, Delivery Solutions Architects - Public Sector

As Director of Delivery Solution Architects (DSA), Public Sector, you will lead a high-impact post-sales technical organization that helps government customers realize value from the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. Your mission is to ensure that complex Data and AI initiatives, across federal civilian, defense, intelligence, state and local government, education, and public-sector-adjacent organizations, move from concept to production as quickly, securely, and effectively as possible.

You will lead DSA managers and a growing team of Delivery Solution Architects responsible for technical strategy, customer outcomes, platform adoption, and usage growth across the Public Sector.
