Building and Running India
Hold full accountability for Enveritas’ operations in India. This includes:
- Managing the India operation from the ground up , field teams, vendors, logistics, contracting and ways of working
- Own the India plan, budget and delivery against targets; approve contracts and field expenditure within delegated limits
- Recruit, train and manage the India field team
- Set the standard for data quality and sign off on what leaves the country
- Own the senior relationships in India , estate owners, exporters, the Coffee Board, industry associations and partners
