The role of the Recovery Coach is to ensure patients successfully integrate into Equip treatment by adhering to their care plans and fully engaging in treatment. This goal is achieved through proactively identifying and addressing barriers to treatment, identifying opportunities to personalize Equip’s programming to address patient needs, and providing key skills and tools for recovery. The Recovery Coach is accountable for balancing patient engagement in treatment and adherence to the care plan with patient satisfaction.
