Director of Product Design

We’re looking for a Director of Product Design to lead and elevate design for Ethos’s core business and pieces of a growing portfolio of emerging businesses. As part of this role you will improve the journey that takes customers from landing page to policy activation and beyond. You will also shape wholly new experiences that expand Ethos’ product offerings. Your work will define how Ethos helps people navigate complex decisions with confidence, clarity, and care.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Brand leaders to ensure every user touchpoint is intuitive, efficient, and emotionally resonant with user needs and the brand.
