Engineering Manager, Patient Experience

We’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our Patient Experience pod and help shape the technical and product foundations of Care Mode.

This role blends engineering leadership, product thinking, and people leadership. You’ll stay close to the work, contributing to technical design and implementation, navigating difficult engineering decisions, and stepping in when deeper context or hands-on support is needed, while creating the conditions for a strong team to do its best work.

We believe great engineering leaders are builders at heart. You can zoom out to understand strategy and product intent, then zoom back into the implementation when it matters.
