Senior Contracts Manager, Commercial (EMEA)

The team manages contracting across GitLab's global customer base, including software as a service, self-managed, and hybrid deployment models, along with terms related to artificial intelligence and the broader platform direction. The team works asynchronously across time zones and relies on strong documentation, pragmatism, and mutual support to keep pace with a fast-moving business. A key focus is helping the company scale commercial contracting while staying clear on risk and enabling deals effectively.
