Resident Solutions Architect

Glean is seeking a talented Resident Solutions Architect to join our rapidly expanding, venture-backed startup. In this role, you will serve as the strategic technical advisor for a small set of Glean’s most important Enterprise and Strategic customers, where architecture, integration, governance, and production-readiness demands are high. You will act as the named technical owner for each account, guiding long-term architecture decisions, shaping advanced workflows into production, and aligning technical plans to measurable customer outcomes. This is the strategic technical layer in the engagement team - not a reactive support role or generic project coordination role.
