We make it easy for care management, social work, and clinical teams to refer their patients into high-quality outpatient behavioral health care. And we're growing fast.
Cold outbound is now a proven, scalable channel for us to generate new health system partnerships. Our team of Business Development Associates (BDAs) books the meetings that drive our pipeline. As a BDA Team Lead, you'll lead a pod of 7-8 BDAs. You'll coach them to consistently hit quota, find what moves the funnel, and make the team better every month.
