Technical Recruiter

We’re hiring for roles where the best candidates aren’t looking, and many have never considered crypto. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for our hardest engineering searches. That means Rust and backend engineers for our streaming, database, and edge gateway teams, platform and bare-metal infrastructure engineers, and technical roles that face developers. You’ll report to the VP of People and partner directly with Helius’s Engineering leadership.

Most of your work will be engineering hiring. As a lean company, you’ll also flex to support other functions when the business needs it.

What You'll Do

Own a portfolio of senior and staff-level searches end to end, from intake through signed offer.
