Insurance Product Development Manager

We're looking for a Pricing and Risk Manager to help us build the next generation of insurance products and coverages as well as expand Kin's footprint across states. This role sits at the intersection of pricing strategy and product development , turning market insight and risk analysis into new coverage options, rating features, and pricing enhancements that customers actually feel.

This is a hands-on, builder-focused role. You won't be managing a team , you'll be directly shaping the products and features that power Kin's growth, from initial concept through launch in both new and existing states.
