Senior Product Operations Manager

We're looking for our first Product Operations Manager. Our product team is small, senior, and growing fast, with each PM coming in to establish the foundations of a new part of the business. As the team grows, the work that connects it (how we plan, set and measure goals, keep the roadmap honest, run our rituals, learn from customers, and bring new people up to speed) needs an owner.

This role is that owner. Your customers are the PMs and the head of product, and your job is to make them faster and better at what they do. You won't be inheriting a process manual or enforcing one.
