Our mission is to make money work for everyone, everywhere. As Data Director for EU expansion you'll lead the Data team and shape our product strategy as we grow, deciding where we place our bets, working out what to measure before there's a playbook, and making sure each new market learns fast enough to compound into the next.
You'll work closely with EU leadership (our EU CEO, Country Managers and VP of Product) and Monzo's global Leadership team (the CTO, Head of Data and other Data Directors), sitting on the EU Tech Leadership team and helping shape our global data strategy.
