Senior Product Marketing Manager, Business Banking

We’re looking for several Senior PMMs to own Product Marketing for entire products and experiences.

A useful distinction - at Monzo, Product Marketing starts upstream in product-market fit. We're embedded in squads with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Designers, User Researchers, and Sales, bringing the voice of the customer and market into what we build, how we position it, and how we take it to market. We own customer and market understanding, positioning, proposition, launch strategy, and sales enablement. We then partner closely with Integrated Marketing, who lead campaign strategy, creative direction, channel execution, and growth.
