You'll be the sole member of our Corporate Development function, working side by side with the executive team on Paxos's fundraising and inorganic growth. You'll partner with executive and product leadership to develop investment theses, and work with teams across the company to make sure deals deliver after they close.
About the role
The Corporate Development Lead serves as the driver of Paxos's inorganic growth strategy, identifying, structuring, and executing acquisitions, and owning process management for our fundraising efforts as we scale. You will own the full M&A lifecycle.
