International Payroll Analyst

Reddit is seeking an experienced, highly analytical International Payroll Analyst to own and scale our international payroll operations across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions. As a key individual contributor with deep cross-functional influence, you will combine data-driven execution, meticulous attention to detail, and international tax compliance to support a rapidly growing workforce. Reporting to the Sr. Global Payroll Manager, this role will help to drive major strategic initiatives, including Workday enhancements and global payroll vendor implementations, to build scalable, best-in-class operational processes.
