Staff Product Designer, Growth

• Lead through ambiguity by turning broad business problems into clear design strategies, phased plans, and actionable scopes across the Growth portfolio.
• Drive end-to-end growth work not just as a single-feature owner, but as a designer shaping the broader engagement system.
• Shape high-visibility experiences across both Reddit-owned and partner surfaces, ensuring Reddit is represented with clarity, quality, and strategic intent.
• Use coding tools like Cursor or similar environments to build high-fidelity, functional prototypes that feel real, use real data, and help de-risk complex ideas before they ship.
