Summary from the posting
We’re looking for a People Business Partner - Tech to support our Engineering and Product teams. You believe strong culture and strong performance go hand in hand, and that neither happens by accident. You’ll partner closely with Engineering and Product leaders, managers, and their teams, bringing empathy, clarity, and sound judgment.
We’re a fast-growing, globally distributed team, which means change is constant. This role is about helping leaders build effective teams, develop technical talent, and support employees through growth.
This is a short summary. The full description, requirements and the application form are on Sardine's own career page.
