Director, LATAM Carrier Relations

Twilio is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director to spearhead our Carrier Relations team across Latin America. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication services, driving a localized supply strategy, and fostering strategic partnerships with regional carriers. Working closely with cross-functional partners, such as Sales, Product, Commercial Legal, Regulatory, you will align market demand with local carrier capabilities to power Twilio’s growth in the region. The ideal candidate brings a robust background in telecommunications, deep expertise in LATAM regulatory environments, and a track record of building high-performing teams.
