Head of Internal Communications

As Vanta's Internal Communications Director, you'll help set the internal beat of the company making sure every team member understands the messages that matter, while also defining how we communicate with each other as we scale

The People team builds the systems, culture, and experience that let Vanta'ns do their best work as we grow quickly across the globe. Internal comms sits at the heart of that mission: making sure every Vanta'n understands our strategy, our story, and what's expected of them, no matter how fast we're moving.

Reporting to the Head of People, this is a build-from-scratch mandate. You'll define the strategy, the infrastructure, and the cadence for how Vanta communicates.
