Senior HRIS Analyst

As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in building and scaling Virta’s people data and analytics capabilities. You’ll sit at the intersection of People, Technology, and Data, helping maintain Workday and Analytics, translating complex people data into actionable insights, and enabling leaders to make evidence-based decisions. This is a highly visible role with meaningful ownership and the opportunity to shape how people data is used across the organization.

Responsibilities

Working under our HRIS Leader; partner with People, HRIS, and cross-functional stakeholders to support the optimization, and ongoing configuration of Workday, ensuring data integrity and scalable processes.
