Sr. Product Manager, Identity & Apply

You will own Product for both. That means deciding what we ask job seekers and when, how we build and keep an accurate picture of each person, and how we get from a job click to a completed, high-quality application with as little effort from the user as possible. The goal is simple to state and hard to deliver: a job seeker should never have to tell us something twice, and every application should show an employer the right reasons to respond.

Few Product roles at ZipRecruiter have more stakeholders. The apply flow is where employer requirements meet the job seeker experience. Employers ask screening questions and rely on applications arriving in their own systems.
