Essentials

8 to 10+ years of experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, internal audit, operational risk management, or a related discipline within a highly regulated financial services, fintech, or banking environment.

3+ years of experience managing a compliance inventory, regulatory obligations framework, audit issue program, RFI process, or GRC work stream in a multi-jurisdictional environment.

Demonstrated experience building or maintaining compliance matrices, mapping internal controls to regulatory requirements, managing audit or examination issues, and coordinating evidence or RFI responses.
