You parachute into unfamiliar domains (HR, Finance, Engineering capacity, regional operating models, broker dealer bottlenecks, and more), diagnose what's actually limiting scale, create the solution, and stay accountable until the outcome actually changes. You are a builder-operator, not a coordinator.
