The IT Team is 100% distributed and remote. This role will be reporting directly to the IT Operations Manager.

- Own IT support end-to-end, be the reliable go-to for staff, while turning recurring issues into durable fixes and automations
- Diagnose and resolve complex cross-platform problems across macOS, Windows, and Linux
