Staff Data Scientist, Growth

We're looking for a Staff Data Scientist, Growth to define and own how Alpaca measures and grows across the entire customer journey, from acquisition and activation to retention and monetization. As the most senior individual contributor for growth data, you'll set the technical direction and the North Star for growth, stand up the experimentation and metrics platform the company builds on, and work through Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to decide what moves the needle. This is a greenfield charter: you'll define the problems worth solving, not just execute a roadmap.
