Business Operations Lead

Ambience is looking for a Business Operations Lead to serve as an internal operator , taking vague, high-leverage problems and converting them into shipped outcomes that move company KPIs. In this role, you will own cross-functional projects that fall between existing team boundaries, build source-of-truth insights, drive execution from scope through handoff, and stand up the processes and new verticals that allow the company to scale.

This is a highly cross-functional operator role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds durable systems from scratch, and raises the bar for execution rigor across an entire organization.
