Amplitude is looking for a Senior Equity Administration Analyst to help manage our global equity programs and deliver an accurate, seamless, and employee-friendly equity experience.
In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day administration of our global equity programs, including restricted stock units (RSUs), our Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), and other equity awards. You’ll manage key activities across the equity lifecycle while ensuring transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant.
You’ll partner closely with Payroll, Finance, Legal, People, and our equity platform provider.
