You will own how Anchorage Digital positions and takes to market its stablecoin infrastructure: the platform institutions use to mint, redeem, bridge, custody, settle, and manage USD stablecoins through a federally chartered bank, plus the API and developer surface behind it and the payments service that lets banks move dollars onchain without a correspondent bank.

Your buyers are the people who run money movement and treasury: payments and treasury leads at banks and fintechs, trading desks and exchanges that settle in stablecoins, and the engineers and product managers who integrate against our API.
