As an Engineering Manager on the Developer Experience Pod, you’ll lead a team focused on improving how engineers build, test, ship, and monitor code at Bubble. You’ll take ownership of complex initiatives, from technical design through execution, ensuring they deliver measurable improvements to developer velocity, performance, or satisfaction. You’ll work closely with your pod to prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with other teams to roll out changes that scale beyond the pod itself. This is a hands-on role; you should be comfortable weighing in on architecture, reviewing PRs, and as time permits, contributing code yourself.
