Business Intelligence & AI Analyst

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI datasets, data models, and dashboards , not just visuals, but the relationships and measures underneath them
• Understand and be able to explain how data flows from source systems through Azure Data Factory into Fabric and into Power BI, well enough to diagnose issues independently rather than escalating every anomaly
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs
• Own data accuracy and quality for reporting outputs , troubleshoot and resolve issues as they surface, not just flag them for someone else
• Document data models, datasets, and reporting logic for team continuity and QA
