Senior Manager, Global Workplaces

• Workplace Function Build-Out: Design and stand up ClickHouse's global workplace function from scratch, including policies, standards, playbooks, and operating processes that can flex across regions and scale as we grow.
• Global Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations for ClickHouse's small offices across multiple regions, ensuring a consistent standard of experience while adapting to local norms, labor requirements, and regulations.
• Remote-First, In-Person-Enabled Strategy: Develop a workplace strategy that reflects our remote-first culture while creating high-value in-person environments , team hubs, offsites, and gathering spaces, that strengthen collaboration and connection.
