Run a regular cadence with 4 to 8 strategic accounts (weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on the project), plus quarterly health checks and business reviews, on site where it helps
Lead onboarding, where the decisions that are hardest to reverse get made: schema and data modelling, table engines, ingestion, migration and query design
Once customers are live, keep performance and cost on track as they grow, and help them onto new use cases
Work closely with Support: own escalations for your accounts, with regular case reviews and a direct line into L3 engineering
