Compliance Analyst

Column's Compliance team plays a critical role in ensuring the Bank grows safely. As a Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Compliance Testing function, leveraging regulatory compliance expertise to ensure our fintech partners’ programs are compliant and sustainable and meet the Bank’s expectations. This is a cross-functional role, working with both first- and second-line colleagues and interfacing directly with our fintech partners. This means exposure to a range of products, business models, and regulatory questions you won’t find at a traditional bank.
