Column’s Correspondent Banking (CB) Compliance role will support the delivery of Column’s correspondent banking strategy as we expand into new geographies and onboard new banks. In this position, you will be responsible for implementing Column’s framework for onboarding correspondent banking relationships in a highly hands-on and execution-focused capacity.
This is a builder role for someone who thrives in operations-heavy environments, enjoys owning work end-to-end, and is comfortable with a scope that will continue to evolve as the business grows.
