Maintain plans, payee data, and quota and attainment inputs in CaptivateIQ for 100+ active users.
Review calculated payouts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payee questions.
Calculate and process commissions managed outside CaptivateIQ.
Prepare accrued and deferred commission calculations for month-end close, partnering with Accounting to support a timely, accurate close.
Audit Salesforce (SFDC) deals to confirm they’re correctly marked Closed Won.
Track purchase orders (POs) and follow up with the sales team on outstanding items.
