Senior Engineering Manager - Payments (100% Remote within Poland)

At Docplanner, AI-native development is already how we build software. We’re now looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to own the Payments area and take the team to the next level: raising the bar for every engineer on it and turning a fast team into a high-performing one.

You will lead a team of 7-9 engineers focused on Payments, working hand in hand with the Product Manager. Your job is to keep the team efficient, focused and genuinely AI-native, and to stay hands-on in the code yourself.
