Senior Product Designer

As a Staff Product Designer, you'll lead the design for how primary care clinicians work. You’ll develop a deep understanding of their workflows to inspire an AI-native experience while keeping the team grounded in day-to-day clinical practice.

This role is for someone who creates and champions compelling UX strategy and experience visions while guiding work across multiple squads. You'll shape interaction patterns and contribute to visual language development , all while modeling the craft, curiosity, and collaborative ways of working that raise the bar for designers around you.
