Sales Manager

As a manager on the Vacation Rental Advisor Team, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales reps varying in experience and tenure. This team will range in size between 9-12 individuals. You will have a wide span of responsibilities, from coaching at an individual level to running team activities and monitoring metrics along the way. You will be challenged to elevate the team’s sign-up and activation numbers and bring a new approach to leadership. You will have guidance from the Senior Sales Manager, but the freedom to lead the team in the best way possible to reach and exceed aggressive goals.
