Senior Treasury and FinOps Analyst

We’re looking for a self-motivated and curious Senior Analyst to support our Treasury and Financial Operations across a complex, multi-entity environment. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate daily cash and digital asset visibility while managing the operational mechanics behind our liquidity, loan sale, and reporting processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing critical funding activities and supporting operational payment workflows that keep Figure running smoothly. You will work closely with Finance, Capital Markets, Product, and Legal teams to maintain strong treasury controls and help scale our proprietary financial infrastructure.
