Senior Audience Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Senior Audience Marketing Manager to own the audience strategy for an assigned industry vertical , across both net-new prospect accounts and Five9's existing customer base , and to be the connection between marketing investment and pipeline outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Director of N. America Demand Generation, this person is accountable for how well Five9 understands its target accounts in the vertical, how consistently marketing and sales work from the same plan, and how effectively the company's platform story lands with the specific buying committee in that industry, whether that account is being won for the first time or grown after the sale.
