Senior Sales Recruiter | EST | Remote

You will partner closely with our Talent Team to develop a deep understanding of our hiring needs, challenges, organizational structure, and individual team dynamics. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and engaging passive and active talent globally, to guiding candidates through our end-to-end hiring process, to generating offers and transitioning new hires to our People Ops Specialist for onboarding. You will act as a key internal stakeholder, collaborating across teams to manage headcount reconciliation, oversee compensation alignment and equity, and coordinate and participate in internal interviews.
