Clinical Product Lead

At Headway, we're building the future of behavioral health , and increasingly, that means shipping products that providers and patients rely on every day. We're hiring a Clinical Product Lead to own the clinical judgment behind how risk gets detected, escalated, and closed out across our platform, and to make sure every product surface we build is connected to the safety systems behind it.

Headway already has real safety capability through risk detection, human triage, a 24/7 crisis partner, and more. However as our platform expands, particularly into AI tooling, so does our need for a single coherent system and point of ownership for patient safety across product surfaces.
