Paid marketing is a major driver of how new patients find Headway, and we are building paid social and premium video (OLV/CTV) into scaled, efficient growth engines. As our Digital Marketing Channel Manager for Paid Social & Premium Video, you will be the senior, hands-on owner of these channels. You will also be AI-native at your core, using AI and AI agents to do the work that would traditionally take a full team. You will report to the Director of Patient Growth Marketing.
